Thank you Sar for your audio books and the morning walk for me its uplifting been re listning to captains share for a boost the end of last month and this month have been extremely tough mom in hospital since 3/30 (don’t ever let a gp take you off of a antidepressent ) ( my brother checked himself out of this life 5 years ago just this last Easter 3/31/08 ) Dad has fallen twice the latest today frak had to ask a neighbor to help pick him up I just can’t lift him my knees are a mess
