    Damn – I can’t believe the idiot went through the trouble to find your phone number just to bitch at you about an Amazon problem. There’s a *reason* a lot of people are not happy with DRM on Amazon.

    And of course, there’s the secret that it’s not like the Ridan editions have DRM on them – so the problem could be fixed in that manner.
