   Really good to hear your voice again. I’m glad you didn’t try to push it too far – that’s one of the best ways to end up in a relapse!

   Glad to hear of your plans and keeping up with the board, etc, etc. It is not only that we get new books, but you sound happier and enthusiastic. Much better deal—-and we get new books as a side benefit. Yayyyyy. Happy and enthusiastic looks good on you, Sar.
