Congratulations for 7 Wonderful Years! I started listening to you some time in late 2009 – and it has been a heck of a trip ever since! (Creation Time on the directory where I stored the MP3s for Quarter Share is 8 Nov 2009, but I am fairly sure I listened to it the first time a couple of months before that.)
If you get Hermit edited – I say put it out, and check February off your calendar, and use it if you need to to work on Cape Grace. Because honestly, you sound like you have enough plots & twists for a Owner’s Share-sized work in Cape Grace, and I really want to see how you handle it. It’s good to have a nice broad stable of books out there for people to select from.

I think it might be mine, too. I had the most to work with on this one. And a very clear picture of what I wanted it to be even a year or so before I wrote the book.

I was delighted to find your email announcing the release of Hermit waiting for me when I woke. For once a positive start to the week. The cover is excellent and the typography on the title page looks good. I’ve only read the first chapter so far, but I suspect I won’t be get much more work done until I finish it!
