Day 901: Regularly Scheduled

Today appears to be a regularly scheduled day. Let’s see how it plays out. 🙂

    As a fellow sufferer with ADHD, I offer my empathy. Be kind to yourself. You’ve been through a bad time and you’ve come out the other side. Sometimes circumstances can send us into a tailspin. I must tell you, Ish put me on the right track with his use of a PDA. I’ve had this phone at my side and just never made full use of its amazing calendar. I can be with Ish and the gang in the 25th century, just by carrying that around with me and using it. I’ve got an 8:00 and a 4:00 tomorrow. That leaves me time for my 500 word quota, and the requisite rewrite of yesterday’s work. If life doesn’t get in the way. And if it does, well, life is good. Not always nice or fair, but good. Happy birthday to you.

    todo list sounds wonderful for you. I think your problem will be keeping your todo list and calendar reasonable to what you CAN do logically, and not try to overdo. Don’t forget to schedule in the fun so you have it to look forward to. ie, Sundays are free for family, etc, no yard stuff, no writing (unless you can’t resist, but it is your choice). family, movies, reading, playing Minecraft, etc. Schedule them in or maybe, better yet, not schedule them, but leave room for them. I don’t have ADD, but still have to do this as I am a procrastinator. If there is a book, I’ll read it—-now. As you said, reward yourself.
    PS, Frank (my hubby) is now making Kombu cha. WOW. Uses tea. Love it.
