“GRIN”. This is just a smart-ass comment you should ignore, but I really have to say it just as I would if I were your next door neighbor. “Of course the neighbors are mowing 5 times a day, man! Your water run-off is making their lawns stay green year-round and if you have lawn maintenance of any sorts all your fertilizers are washing off onto them. 😀
