IIRC, you’ve mentioned that you’re going to be using Durandus as your business name for publishing your books. I was listening to South Coast once more (just waiting until you get the rest of this stuff cleared up, so you can write Cape Grace), and realized that “This is a production of Durandus” will not need changing – which lead to the thought that you need to be sure to cover with the lawyer actions you’ve already taken under the Durandus name, and on the Durandus website. I don’t know that it actually *would* make a difference – but I’m not a lawyer, either. And there’s weird $#!+ in the law that I would never have believed someone would come up with, so better safe than sorry.
