Grr.

My calves keep cramping up. I think that’s a sign that walking two miles would be a bad idea.

    make sure you are replacing your fluids post walk, not coffee or tea. Water or something with electrolytes in it. Cramping 2 days later is not a good sign. especially when walking at altitude and in the cold.
