I’m having a flair up on the arthritis. Walking two miles isn’t going to happen today.

    I hope you and your doctor manage to figure out what is causing these flare-ups. Not just for the selfish reason of wanting more podcasts, but because I’m sure it’s no kind of fun for you. Take care, and maybe soak them in some warm water with epson salts? Or something like that, anyway…
