Proof of Life

Well, not exactly proof but at least a post to let you know I’m still here.

The morning’s have been too warm to walk, even before sunrise. I’m getting picky about it and should walk anyway but … reality is kind of a pain.

    I’ve started checking the Air Quality readings before planning to go outside. Definitely firmly in the Unhealthy levels here on the northeast coast.
