Still Frosty

The temps have been brutal here. We’ve had a string of single digit days. My car’s battery died.

But yesterday was a lovely day filled with laughter, food, and family.

Peace on Earth. May goodwill abound.

And may I get this book done someday soon.

It is good to hear that your family had a wonderful holiday. Hopefully your battery won’t need more than a jump start and some drive time.

See you after the Deep Freeze. I’m happy to hear about your good holiday.
I recently saw a TED talk with David Stendl-Rast in which he said something I liked:
If you think happiness makes you grateful, think again. Gratitude makes you happy. Your comment on goodwill made me think of that, because he also said something about such happiness bringing peace and goodwill.

Interesting note here: The name and email filled in under the comment block right now is from the last commenter, Doreen. That appears to be a glitch in some software somewhere. It’s not something you did. I guess it is WordPress who needs to fix it. That’s the first time I’ve seen that.

    Nathan,
Happy New Year to you and yours. You just keep hitting the keys. We are ready when you are Captain. Safe Voyage. From an old fan.
