Writing Lamp Is Lit

Somebody said, “If the keyboard is rocking, don’t come knocking.”

I’ve just finished breakfast and going back for my second writing period of the day.

It’s unlikely that I’m going walking today.

Tomorrow. I’ll need to stretch the legs and get some blood moving by then. 🙂

Sounds good. While the muse is visiting and whispering into your ear, don’t interrupt her. 🙂

Just wondering, if you get around to answering, do you ever drop into the story so deep that being interrupted by ‘people” asking if you’re all right pulls you back? Some 15 years ago while writing a chapter a week for a year-long story for the forum I was on, a few times I was deep into the story line and typing like a devil was after me, and the spouse kept asking me if I was alright, or some other question. I found it quite jangling each time to be pulled out of what I was seeing in my minds eye, repeatedly. :/

Don’t forget to sit a dish of milk out for the muse; and they love eggnog around Christmas. 🙂
