I rather agree about the taste of chamomile tea. Another alternative you might wish to explore is fennel tea. Simply let 1 teaspoon of fennel seed steep in a teapot of hot water for about three minutes. The taste is gentle and the tea will not push the body (or mind) one way or the other. This might not be for everyone, but my wife and I have been drinking this before bed for the last two or three years and find it quite to our liking.
Oh, that’s a good idea.
I also remember catnip tea (sometimes called “cat mint”). I should see if Adagio has some of that.

Nurse Nellie here, ahhhh, tortillas. Ham, cured in salt; turkey, injected with salt; salsa, wonderful stuff, delicious—because of the salt in it (tomatoes are great with salt). Sorry, the tortilla did you in. Happy lunches——–
>.<
