Every Day A Little Better

Eating is still a challenge but I’m getting my strength back.

This week I’m still doing 1 mile at 3 mph. I was going to up the ante but my legs and hips aren’t quite there yet. It’s still hard for me to stand for more than half an hour.

I’m writing again. Sorting out the new Ishmael series and working up ideas for The Wizard’s Cat.

Tomorrow I get my next PET scan (cancer screening) so fingers crossed that nothing ugly crops up.

I have listened to your Ishmael stories at least 3 times and am listening through my fourth time right now. I am up to Owner’s Share. Absolutely love these stories and can’t wait for more. I am so glad that you are being given the opportunity to continue writing. Now that I know what to pray for you will be in my prayers. I even love how you are bringing Ishmael a true love.

Wishing you a very safe voyage!

Hope the scan went well, and I guess we’ll all hear on Wednesday when you post your monthly update. In the meantime, really glad to hear that you’re able to write again. Progress!

    Nathan,
I’ve come to the blog late in your story. Nevertheless, I’m sending you a large lode of chi. Be well.
Happy to see you are writing more in the Ishmael series. Hope that guy finds himself happy some day. I’ll be watching the downloads from the buoy.
As a former destroyer sailor and lifelong fan of sea and space operas I wish you fair winds and following seas. First star on the right and straight on ‘till morning.
