Progress Report

I’m up too 1 mile at 2 mph daily on the dreadmill.
Sunday I shift to 1 mile at 3 mph for a week then – theoretically – start training for 2 miles at 3 mph.
I’m expecting to take at least a week at that level before trying to get out on the street again. It may take two but I’m getting closer every day.

    Slow but steady is the way However, don’t try the street with cold weather, ice or snow. Consider walking at a mall to start with It gets you out but does it safely. You don’t need a broken hip while you’re convalescing! Keep up the walking it will do wonders for you,
