Unfortunately, I forgot to take my meds last night. Every joint in my body is telling me that was a mistake. Standing is a challenge. Walking is out of the question. I’m not even sure I can talk.
I took the arthritis meds this morning, but it’s going to be a few hours before they make up for lost time.
